MTB tour among the wonders of the volcano Etna

From the Mountain Etna to the sea in one go. A 49 km MTB adventure tour through the most spectacular nature of Sicily. The tour starts from the Etna peaks and ends at the port of Giardini Naxos.

PROGRAM: departure from the Chalet Clan dei Ragazzi, located on the north side of Etna at an altitude of 1500 meters (a place that we will reach aboard our jeeps). The route winds along off-road paths in the Etna undergrowth, rich in adrenaline downhill descents through dense forests with thirty-meter tall trees, breathtaking views, vast expanses of lava, and volcanic craters.

The MTB adventure continues on one of the most beautiful roads of the volcano, the Mareneve Road (recognized by National Geographic among the 70 most suggestive paths to travel by bike).

Passing through some characteristic villages of the Etna towns and old disused railways, we will arrive at the famous Alcantara Gorges, an unmissable destination for those visiting Sicily. Here we will stop to see the Gorges and take some photos, and then continue our excursion along the river until we reach the beautiful beach of Giardini Naxos.
